Our current shipping options are as follows (subject to change):

Standard Shipping

• You are charged a flat rate depending on the amount of the order. Shipping is calculated on the amount of the order, excluding shipping. The shipping flat rate costs are at the top of the Shopping Cart page.
• Courier delivery is through United States Post Office (USPS) Priority Mail or UPS Ground for furniture, depending on weight of package.
• International orders, including Canada, are shipped via United States Post Office (USPS International) or DHL International.

Shipping Duration: Expect 5-10 business days.

USPS Media Mail

• Only used for decals!
• Shipping Duration: 7-9 business days from date shipped. It takes approximately 2 weeks to arrive from your order date.
• Package weight: 14 oz. – 5 lbs.

USPS Priority Mail

• All paddles, straps, canes or smaller household items are shipped with this option.
• Typically, military addresses (APO, FPO) ship this way.
• Duration depends on the location.

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1-4 business days after being placed. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.

Estimated Shipping Times are as follows:

• USPS Priority Mail may take up to 6 business days to arrive.
• Standard Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, depending on the weight of your package

Please be aware that Media Mail can take 4-6 weeks to arrive to Hawaii and Alaska.

PO BOXES: We do not ship to PO Boxes due to carrier restrictions. You must use a physical address.

NOTE: Delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we do not have control over how it is handled by the courier or delivery delays due to COVID-19, weather, emergencies, labor strikes, and so forth.

If we can ship products together, we will so you get them together. If you want them to ship separately, please let us know.

Yes. All packages are shipped in plain USPS white or brown packaging and are address from “Master Control’s Woodshop” For international orders, we must declare the contents and value of the parcel, but always use discreet language such as “novelty toy”.

Four smaller items, we use USPS Priority Mail. For Furniture, we use USHIP and we can give you an estimate of shipping costs beforehand.

Notice:  As of 4/3/2022, all delivery carriers have increased rates based on package sizes.  For packages over 22″ in length, there is an additional $4 surcharge.  For packages over 30″ in length, there is an additional $15 surcharge.  We apologize for this inconvenience, but we have no control over the delivery companies.

USPS is imposing a holiday rate increase October 2nd–January 22nd. The Postal Service is increasing rates for domestic services over the holidays, with most shipments getting 25 to 80 cent increases.

We pass along the actual cost the carriers charge us. But we do get very good rates thanks to the volume of shipping we do. 

To get you an accurate quote, we need to know 3 things from you: 

•  Quantity of lumber/product 
•  Shipping destination 
•  Special requirements for lumber sizes, and/or special requirements for delivery 

 Some of our products include shipping or have a simple flat rate, which is clearly stated on the product’s page.

On other products, shipping charges are determined by UPS, USPS, or a truck freight carrier, depending on the size of the order in question. 

Though retail rates are increasing, the cost to ship will continue to be lower across the board in 2023.

UPS retail prices will increase by an average of 6.9%. While UPS base rates are not changing, there are some service and surcharge changes that may impact you: (1) Changes to UPS value added services and other charges, (2) Changes to zip codes where UPS Delivery and Extended Area Surcharges apply.

DHL Express retail prices will increase by an average of 7.9% for 2023 but you will continue to save 76% when you ship using DHL Express Worldwide.

USPS rate and service changes for 2023 are pending approval. The proposed retail rate changes will take effect on January 22, 2023.
