Discretion & Confidentiality Policy

Our policies are focused to keeping your personal details private and will not be shared with anyone. That includes details collected via online orders, newsletter mailing lists, emails etc. All items are posted in plain packaging – generally cardboard tubes for canes and cardboard or polystyrene boxes for paddles. The sender will be identified as Master Control’s Workshop & Signs. Items posted overseas must contain a description of the contents on customs declaration forms. Contents will be described as “Wooden toys”.

Returns Policy

Each product has it’s own return policy listed on the product page. Returns are accepted for damaged, broken paddles or if you just don’t like it. It is rare, but just let us know so we can fix the problem and get you what you want ASAP. You can use our contact form to contact us. Breakages are extremely rare but they can happen. If a paddle breaks due to faulty workmanship (highly unlikely) or a fault in the wood (it’s always the tree’s fault) I may offer you a comparable replacement item if one is available. I may require the broken item to be returned to me so I can examine it to better understand the reason for the breakage.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Due to the personal nature of my creations I cannot offer returns if you change your mind.

Customs declarations and taxes for overseas purchases

Package contents will be described as wooden toys on customs declaration forms. All import duties and taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser. The full value of the package will be declared on the customs form. Under no circumstances will I under-declare the value of the package to avoid import duties or taxes.
